1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from ProBono Superfoods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Tracking details will be shared via email after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@probono.in with your order ID and photos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
